Wholesale Store Policy
1. Minimum Order Requirement
All wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of 30 cases per order. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments must be made in full before orders are shipped. We accept Credit and Debit Card, PayPal and bank transfer]. Net payment terms may be available for approved customers upon request.
3. Order Processing & Lead Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time payment is received. Custom or large volume orders may require additional processing time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility FMCG Traders unless otherwise specified. We ship and provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier policies.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on 0345 034 0290.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 1 business day of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect products for verification. We will replace or credit the affected items at our discretion.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
9. Intellectual Property & Branding
All brand names, logos, and product designs are the property of FMCG Trading. Resellers may not modify or misrepresent our products under any circumstances.
10. Account & Resale Compliance
Wholesale customers must provide a valid business license or resale certificate upon request. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the resale of our products.
